Job Responsibilities

What you will do as our next Area Sales Manager

On-site sales position supporting multiple locations helping to drive revenue through Group. Corporate Transient but also play an active role in Revenue Management and Commercial Sales (website and social media).
  • Be a Leaderas youreach and or exceed assigned revenue, sales call activity goals, and manage assigned action plans.
  • Put our best foot forward as you represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, networking events and other opportunities
  • Showcase your organizational and leadership skills as you assist the Director of sales in preparation of quarterly action plans, budgets, marketing plans, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts.
  • Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

Required Skills and Qualifications

What you need to be successful as Area Sales Manager
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry.
  • Seasoned Sales manager that has provided support to their Director of Sales on special projects, involved in Revenue Management and Commercial Sales.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Experience to negotiate, sell and influence potential buyers.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong computer skills, understanding of revenue and management principles.
  • Flexible schedule and attitude when job demands.
